Because our portal facilitates access to controlled herbs, traditional medical cannabis, and health-related products under the regulations of the Kingdom of Thailand, we must enforce a strict policy regarding product returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. STRICT NO-RETURN POLICY

Please be advised that all product requests, reservations, and final acquisitions are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Once a product has been dispensed or finalized following legal verification, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances. This strict policy is in place due to:

  • Public Health and Safety: Cannabis and botanical products are consumable items that require specific environmental controls (such as temperature and humidity) to maintain quality and prevent contamination.

  • Thai Regulatory Framework: Under the Ministry of Public Health and Thai Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines, controlled herbs and medical products cannot be re-entered into inventory or resold once they have left chain-of-custody control.

2. EXCEPTION FOR DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

We take great care to ensure your orders are fulfilled accurately and safely. The absolute only exception to our No-Return policy is if an item arrives physically damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item due to our internal error.

In this rare event, you must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package by following these steps:

  1. Keep All Packaging: Do not open, use, or discard any of the items, including the shipping box or seals.

  2. Take Visual Proof: Take clear photos and a brief video showing the unopened, damaged package, or the incorrect product labels.

  3. Contact Us Immediately: Email your proof, name, and reservation details to igrowmanw@gmail.com.

If approved after internal review, we will coordinate a compliant exchange or replacement for the correct item at no additional cost to you. Items with broken safety seals or signs of usage will be immediately disqualified from exchanges.

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because our workflow requires manual verification of age (20+) and medical documentation/prescriptions (such as the P.T. 33 form), you may request to cancel a reservation only before it has been approved, packed, or fulfilled by our licensed partners.

  • Once an item has been verified and dispatched, the cancellation window closes completely.
