Is cannabis legal in Thailand?
Yes, but strictly for medical and health purposes. Following recent Ministerial Regulations, cannabis flower buds are classified as controlled herbs. Recreational use is prohibited. To legally reserve or inquire about controlled cannabis products, you must be a patient using them for traditional or modern medical applications.
Who is eligible to use your website and products?
In accordance with Thai law, you must be at least 20 years of age or older to use our platform or reserve any products. Our services and products are strictly prohibited for individuals who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
Do I need a medical prescription to order?
For Controlled Cannabis Flowers/High-THC Items: Yes. To finalize a reservation, you must possess a valid medical certificate or prescription issued by a licensed Thai medical practitioner or authorized Traditional Thai Medicine doctor (such as a P.T. 33 form).
For CBD Products (<0.2% THC): Standard Cannabidiol (CBD) topicals, cosmetics, and hemp products containing less than 0.2% THC do not require a medical prescription but are still restricted to users aged 20 and above.
Can I buy products directly online?
No. To comply with Thai laws banning the direct online sale and public advertising of controlled cannabis flowers, our website functions as an informational and reservation portal. Selecting an item allows you to hold it or request a consultation. The final legal transaction and prescription verification are handled directly by our licensed partners.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer flexible and secure options to process your approved reservations:

Can I return a product or get a refund?
No, all completed transactions are final. Due to strict Thai Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines, public health rules, and the perishable nature of organic botanical products, we enforce a strict No-Return and No-Refund policy.
The only exception is if your package arrives physically damaged or incorrect. In that case, you must email a clear unboxing video and photos to igrowmanw@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
Can you ship cannabis products internationally?
Absolutely not. Importing or exporting cannabis products across the borders of Thailand is a severe criminal offense under Thai and international drug trafficking laws. We only facilitate services and local distribution within the geographic borders of Thailand to qualified individuals.
